Hiya Teach: I wanted to tell you about something my Dad suggested, a technique called the "pomodoro" (if you’re interested, here is the link: http://www.pomodorotechnique.com, where you can download the "book").
I wanted to tell you that I've been using it since last year and it helps me to study better with less anxiety.My Dad always uses it at work (he works in information technology) and he suggested it because he had good results with it.

I think your Dad might be right! If I had used the Pomodoro Technique today I would have finished correcting your papers...instead I’ve accumulated so many unfinished Pomodoros I could make enough tomato sauce to feed an army... I'll look into it, thanks!
